Turismo Morelos

Morelos ha sido bendecido por el don de la biodiversidad, en este pequeño estado convergen las dos regiones geográficas más importantes del continente: la neártica y neotropical, que delimitan naturalmente Norteamérica de América Central. La franja norte del estado conformado desde las Lagunas de Zempoala, con sus bosques de abetos, pinos y encinos, el Corredor Biológico El Chichinautzin, El Parque Nacional El Tepozteco hasta los límites del estado con el volcán Popocatépetl. La región central donde converge un sistema de barrancas y manantiales que alimentan de agua todo el valle de Cuernavaca y en la región sur la Sierra de Huautla, sitio destinado a la preservación e investigación de la selva baja caducifolia. Todo esto, hace con Morelos tenga una gran diversidad de flora y fauna, así como un clima excepcional que Alexander Von Humboldt designó como “El sitio donde la primavera pareciera eterna”.
