If you need to send your exact location, this is the simplest app that can do that for you.
No internet connection? Not a problem. As long as you are able to connect to GPS satellites, this app will be able to get your location, which you can send through SMS. The recipient will just need to click on the link you sent and they will be directed to a navigation app installed in their device, Mostly no other special installation is needed on the recipient's device. The recipient can see your location on any internet connected device that has a browser. (PC, tablet, smartphone, netbook, etc.)
