This app allows you to browse the admin section of the reliance wipod/pro3 desktop admin section on your android mobile/tablet.
It let you browse 192.168.1.1 in desktop mode via this android application. All the dongles using 192.168.1.1 as the dashboard link will be able to use this webview app and manage the hotspot settings.
