Several New Year's resolutions do not last long enough. Even app based resolutions do not go beyond 1 to 3 month despite time, effort and resources. This app targets the brain by using evidence based tool used by behavioral psychologists for changing existing unwanted habit. The process is called implementation intention and we've simplified the process and presented it for you. Good wishes.
Disclaimer: This app is research based and is only designed to teach you how to format your New Year’s resolution in a command the brain understands. In future versions we will incorporate more option, and futures but for now our main goal is to present something other such apps do not target.
