We all want to lose weight and get in shape, but even as that desire to exercise and stay healthy grows, our time getting to the gym is limited. I Did It Fitness Center aims to help use your time to your advantage by taking everyday activities like checking Facebook or eating a snack and attaching them to one simple exercise. Doing these Fitness Triggers throughout the day will add up to tons exercise all while in the comfort of your home, office or wherever you may be.
How it works
When you do one of the pre-loaded activities, find it and tap on it. The app will give you a random workout such as “Do 10 Pushups”. Do your pushups and tap the checkmark. That’s it. You’re done. You can then keep track of all the things you do, both triggers and exercises by day, week and month.
We have still tons of future features planned out, but still feel free to let us know of things you would like to see.
