Pro Fitness provides daily workout routine for all your muscle in a 30 minute section. The workout are separated into advance and beginner sections. Their are about 7-10 exercise for each section. All workouts included in app are home workouts which doesn't require any equipment.
Each of the workout contains proper instruction and picture so which the user can do the workouts in a proper way. The workouts
now available are for Abs, Chest, Back more workouts will be updated in the future. With the help of the beginner and advanced section the user is able to workout according to their strength which by doing the workouts in the beginner section for a while it will be possible to step-up to the advanced section for better fitness.
