FoodSMART Project is an innovative solution that derives from an industry-academia collaboration and aims at adding intelligence to the eating out-of-home sector in Europe, while addressing in a constructive way the EU objectives of healthier eating at population level. Users can inspect menus on selected canteens and create their own personalised profile based on numerous factors such as preferred diet, number of calories, allergies etc.
As a prototype, FoodSMART Project currently supports limited functionality and associated canteens. Therefore, developers would greatly appreciate any feedback on the application that will help in advancing and optimising the overall experience.
