Everybody has heard somewhere that chewing your food 32 times for hard food, and 10 times for soft food is recommended.
Who can be bothered with counting though?!?
Use my simple and brilliant app to train yourself:
1. We recommend using headphones
2. Put food in your mouth
3. Tap the Chew "Hard Food" button
4. Chew to match the piano sound played
5. Repeat.
