An APP that will help you to use your phone more ERGONOMICALLY.
It will help advise you the correct level to be holding the hone at.
GREEN is GOOD, yellow is incorrect and RED is BAD!
It will help to make you mindful of your bodies position whilst using your phone and to help STOP you
SLOUCHING.
Slouching causes damaging pressure on your Spine, internal Organs and negatively effects
breathing
It will Help to SAVE your SPINE.
It has a POP UP SCREEN that will be triggered after a certain time period OF BAD USE.
You will chose this time setting within the APP.
There is a GRAPH to track your phone use position, and to help you improve.
It is recommended to set your phone to screen lock to 30 seconds - so this time is not included!
Remember - the statistics are about making you aware ! ( they won't
be exact).
