Three new groups along with a new Cityscapes wallpaper are actually on Google Wallpapers, but many are restricted towards the Pixel and Pixel XL.But don't worry about it,you will find your favourite wallpapers in the 9Apps.
Initially launched this past year using the first Pixel, Google's Wallpapers application has rapidly turned out to be my personal favorite tool for customizing the feel of my house and lock screen. Google lately added a couple of new selections towards the application, and even though most of them seem to be restricted to the Pixel and Pixel XL, there's still a great deal to like here.
The greatest additions are three new groups, including Keep Searching, Underwater, and Geometric Shapes. Underwater and Geometric Shapes are pretty self-explanatory, however the Keep Searching category is odd. Each wallpaper includes a description of "Keep searching, Love Pixel", and swiping with the wallpaper can have hidden factors that aren't readily apparent upon first viewing.
For instance, the wallpaper "Boinggg" initially shows two Slinkys falling lower some stairs, but swiping over left reveals another one. The "Coffee overboard" wallpaper shows two coffee cups automatically, but swiping shows another that isn't visible initially. These feature very vibrant colors and nice textures, and even though many are a little busy in my taste, I dig the general aesthetic.
Furthermore, the Cityscapes category presently has the legendary "Wet Day" wallpaper that's seen of all press photos and renders for that Pixel 2.
Regrettably, many of these new wallpapers are restricted to Google's Pixel selection. But you would find more beautiful wallpapers in 9Apps.Meanwhile,the Geometric Shapes category seems to become focusing on non-Pixel handsets, however the Underwater and Searching category and "Wet Day" wallpaper are just turning up around the Pixel.
