Du findest uns im Westende 4 (im OG rechts) – im Hauptgebäude des ehemaligen Ford Autohaus Tobaben, neben der ehemaligen Diskothek Garage.
Wir bieten Yogakurse & -workshops in Studioatmosphäre an. Unsere komfortablen Räumlichkeiten sind ausgestattet mit einem gehelastiger Öko- Fußboden, einer Fußbodenheizung, einer Wohlfühlbeleuchtung und einer Soundanlage. Wir arbeiten in unseren Yogastunden mit besonderer Entspannungsmusik und einem Raum- Aroma, um die harmonisierende Wirkung des Yoga zu unterstützen. Dabei kommen unsere Premium Studiomatten, Decken, Kissen und Hilfsmittel zum Einsatz. Zusätzlich haben wir WCs und eine Umkleidemöglichkeit sowie ausreichend Parkplätze vorm Haus.
Unsere Yogakurse sind bei den Krankenkassen zertifiziert und finden an fast allen Wochentagen zu den wichtigsten Tageszeiten statt. Mit unserem flexiblem Kurs- und Buchungssystem machst Du bei uns völlig selbstbestimmt Yoga. Bei unseren Kooperationspartnern, dem Urban Sports Club, der AOK Niedersachsen und dem Buxtehuder Sportverein, bekommst Du exklusive Möglichkeiten bei uns Yoga zu machen.
Auch wenn unsere Kurse Gruppeneinheiten sind, stehst Du als Einzelperson im Vordergrund. Wir gehen in jeder Yogastunde auf Deine Vorraussetzungen, Beschwerden, Bedürfnisse und Wünsche ein, damit Du Dein eigenes Yoga machen kannst.

The yoga center Buxtehude is the starting point for all yogis in and around Buxtehude.
You will find us in Westend 4 (on the right) - in the main building of the former Ford Autohaus Tobaben, next to the former nightclub Garage.
We offer yoga classes & workshops in studio atmosphere. Our comfortable rooms are equipped with a heavy-duty eco floor, underfloor heating, feel-good lighting and a sound system. We work in our yoga classes with special relaxation music and a room aroma to support the harmonizing effect of yoga. Our premium studio mats, blankets, pillows and aids are used. In addition, we have toilets and a dressing room and ample parking in front of the house.
Our yoga classes are certified by the health insurance companies and take place on almost all weekdays at the most important times of the day. With our flexible course and booking system, you do yoga with us completely self-determined. With our cooperation partners, the Urban Sports Club, the AOK Lower Saxony and the Buxtehuder Sports Club, you get exclusive opportunities to do yoga with us.
Even if our courses are group units, you stand as an individual in the foreground. In each yoga class, we will discuss your requirements, complaints, needs and wishes so that you can do your own yoga.
