WorkoutTimer is a configurable timer for interval training.
Features include:
- Configurable number of rounds per set (even infinite for continous workout)
- One or two configurable intervals per round (of which one can be rest or work interval)
- Configurable number of sets, with optional extra rest between sets
- Optional Control of native music player to play/pause music during intervals
- Voice countdown (3-2-1) before workout start and before each interval start
- Voice feedback of current round and current set
- Store your various work out settings for easy re-use (using the menu option)
- A "Tabata" is the default setting, 8 rounds of 20s work interval and 10s rest interval
