- Fully configurable sound and vibration warnings for end of prepare, work and rest.
- Works in the background so will work along side your favourite music app.
- Includes a home screen widget. The widget allows you to start and stop the workout and shows current workout state.
- The next activity is shown during the prepare and rest periods so you can be ready before the activity starts.
