Good nApp is a handy diary for sleep times and awake times.
Well-rested child is a well-rested parent as well.
Sleep is crucial factor of human development.
• Set real wake up and out of bed times
• Define target Total aWake Time (TWT)
• Add naps
• Set real bedtime
• Note night awake, if any
• Make some comments
• Compare days and decide which awake times fits the needs
Good nApp allows to write down awake times and sleep times to help parents observe and determine the appropriate sleep requirements between subsequent sleep phases. It calculates total awake time and total sleep time.
This application will not give you cut-and-dried sleep schedules but it helps you to record and make observations based on data you collect.
