Application used to track treatment and follow-up of TB patients enrolled under eTB Master Register treatment program.
Once Patient is registered to eTB NTP Program their 2/3 month, 5 month and End of Treatment test details can be entered.
When the treatment completed outcome can also entered.

1) Get patient ID based on patient name, age and registration date
2) Enter test results and outcome
3) If patient is no longer in follow-up you can Skip entering Treatment History
4) Works completely Offline using SMS for sending data.
