This application is developed by National Health Mission, Uttar Pradesh, for ANMs and Monitors in order to track, and monitor VHND sessions. The objective is to capture the services given in respective sessions and monitor the services like maternal and child health, family planning, reproductive tract infections and sexually transmitted infection, sanitation, communicable diseases, gender, nutrition etc. The application is also used for performance tracking and activity monitoring through monitor's version of checklists.
