Rio Wellness promotes self-care as necessity, changing the perception that it's considered "pampering" to take care of yourself. We are taking a comprehensive body, mind, and spirit approach to our services with the idea that if you begin to take care of one, care of the others will naturally follow. We'll be offering yoga, meditation, massage therapy, and self-development workshops to start with the intent of adding acupuncture, wellness retreats, and other services in the coming months.
