Any smart powerlifter knows that the ace up your sleeve is PERCENTAGE-BASED LIFTING, also known as basing your training volumes off your 1-Rep Max. You will enter the gym knowing exactly what weights you'll use for each lift. Whatever well-praised program you're using will calculate this for you, and this app will figure the plates. The rest is up to YOU!
Enter the weight that includes the standard barbell (and optionally, collar) weight.
If your gym does not offer 25KG plates, simply divide that as a 20KG and 5KG plate each.
