L’applicazione si pone come un nuovo strumento, strutturato per la tecnologia mobile, in grado di garantire una comunicazione efficace, immediata e costante tra l’Amministratore pubblico ed il cittadino.
Non solo comunicazione, ma anche interazione del cittadino e del turista, attraverso le diverse funzionalità che saranno esaminate dettagliatamente nel corso della relazione tecnica.
Attraverso lo strumento mobile il cittadino potrà usufruire, in ogni istante e soprattutto in ogni luogo, di informazioni utili sull’amministrazione comunale della città, delle associazioni più attive sul territorio, delle attività commerciali della zona e delle iniziative culturali più interessanti.
Il cittadino oltre ad ottenere in tempo reale l’informazione, potrà geolocalizzare la propria posizione in relazione ai vari punti d’interesse di cui è ricco il comune di Manoppello e calcolare il percorso più veloce per raggiungerli; non solo informazione e geolocalizzazione, ma anche contenuti specifici che riguardano il punto che ha suscitato l’interesse del cittadino o del turista di cui si tratterà in seguito e in modo dettagliato (marketing territoriale efficace).
I tre concetti fondamentali su cui poggia l’App, sono

The application acts as a new tool, structured for mobile technology, able to guarantee effective, immediate and constant communication between the public administrator and the citizen.
Not only communication, but also interaction of citizens and tourists, through the different functionalities that will be examined in detail during the technical report.
Through the mobile tool, the citizen can take advantage, at any time and especially in any place, of useful information on the municipal administration of the city, the most active associations in the area, the commercial activities of the area and the most interesting cultural initiatives.
In addition to obtaining information in real time, citizens will be able to geolocate their position in relation to the various points of interest with which the municipality of Manoppello is rich and calculate the fastest route to reach them; not only information and geolocation, but also specific content concerning the point that aroused the interest of the citizen or tourist which will be discussed later and in detail (effective territorial marketing).
