Airseva Mobile App for Air Travellers in India uses OGD (Open Government Data) to help the airline passenger with following informations:
Airport Services: Passengers can now know various services like food stall, parking space, wifi details, wheelchair services and other services available at various airports across india.
Grievance Logs: User can know how the airports and airlines are managing the user grievances. User however won't be able to view , log or update any grievances at this point.
FAQs: View and know the answers for common queries that can be helpful to passengers at airport(Example: License, Baggage)
The most important features is this app is directly linked to the OGD. Hence any update will be reflected in the app.
