An initiative by Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India to promote Yoga Break at workplace. The application intends to create awareness and assists the users to Refresh, Refocus and Distress through the 5 Minutes YOGA Protocol at workplace. The application helps to do yoga in a right way for 5 Minutes, so that they will gain back the focus and energize themselves during stressful hours.
