Ecological momentary assessment (EMA) has been used in several different contexts. This application will prompt participants at random four times between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday, to complete a short questionnaire about responding their current behaviour and productivity in as close to real-time as possible in order to limit recall bias. This questionnaire will only take approximately 60 seconds to complete. In total, participants are expected to respond to and complete a maximum of 12 EMA surveys in a week. Once a participant has completed 12 surveys before Friday during the measurement week, such participants will no longer receive any more notifications until the following week
