The scheme envisages to build capacities of the youth of J&K to enable them to compete in the normal course. Scholarship is awarded to meet the expenditure towards academic Fees and Maintenance Allowances (for hostel, mess, cost of books and other incidental charges) to students who are admitted through AICTE’s counseling process.
Skema ini membayangkan untuk membangun kapasitas kaum muda J&K untuk memungkinkan mereka bersaing di jalur normal. Beasiswa diberikan untuk memenuhi pengeluaran untuk Biaya Akademis dan Tunjangan Perawatan (untuk asrama, mess, biaya buku dan biaya tak terduga lainnya) untuk siswa yang diterima melalui proses konseling AICTE.
