PHC Revitalization Division (PHCRD) is one of the divisions of Department of Health Services which is responsible to revitalize PHC in Nepal by addressing emerging health challenges in close collaboration with the other divisions and different supporting actors. The division is also responsible to make inroads into translating the constitutionally stipulated fundamental right of basic free health care into practice by addressing the disparities in health service delivery and promoting equitable health services.

PHC Revitalisasi Divisi (PHCRD) adalah salah satu divisi dari Departemen Pelayanan Kesehatan yang bertanggung jawab untuk merevitalisasi Puskesmas di Nepal dengan mengatasi muncul tantangan kesehatan dalam kerjasama erat dengan divisi lain dan aktor pendukung yang berbeda. Divisi ini juga bertanggung jawab untuk membuat terobosan ke menerjemahkan hak dasar konstitusional ditetapkan perawatan kesehatan dasar gratis dalam praktek dengan mengatasi kesenjangan dalam pemberian layanan kesehatan dan mempromosikan layanan kesehatan yang merata.
