Sometimes our babies seem to cry for no reason, but is it really so?
Four millennia ago an ancient Babylonian wrote a lullaby that a mother sang to her son. Writing was cuneiform - one of the earliest forms of writing - and should have been carefully transcribed by a Babylonian scribe with a cane styled in what is now Iraq. So traditional are the lullabies.
On second thought, for a baby everything is new and frightening, so the sounds of the city, the neighbors, even those noises of the house that are already imperceptible to us can have it tense and alert. Of course, your presence is important for your baby to feel well but also a safe environment is indispensable and in it the sounds have a very important role, to begin we recommend you:
* Try the sounds calmly, discovering which combination relaxes your baby is a task of immense benefits. Note which combination has the best effect on him / her, be creative when mixing.
* Keep your mobile phone at a reasonable distance from your baby (arm away) preferably with the screen on so he / she can see it. The light and colors of the images will attract your attention and help you to sleep
* Stay close until you fall asleep, once you do not forget the good night kiss (but be careful you wake up again!)
Remember that to sleep the main thing is to be relaxed and your baby will learn to relax you, so be patient and give a lot of love that way you will learn that you are safe.
