Main screen of the app is divided onto 3 areas.
First area in the top-left sector allows to put a record of your meal. You can enter one of 3 options. Prot/Carb/Fat/kCAl will be calculated automatically. All these data is available on STATISTIC page (the button on the bottom menu).
Second Area in the middle-bottom sector is a GYM HALL. This is an assistant for you in a gym. It includes all basic exercises for main body parts. Each exercises provides a brief description and illustration of starting and ending position.
Third area in the top-right sector is dedicated to quick record of your work out. You can pick one or several sportive activities or input custom values.
To calculate required amount of Prot/Carb/Fat/kCAl per day, you need to input your body parameters and goals using menu PARAMETERS (bottom action bar). Once it is done, you will see on STATISTICS page how much do you need to eat to hit the goal and how much you have eaten.

Area Kedua di sektor tengah-bawah adalah GYM HALL. Ini adalah asisten untuk Anda di gym. Ini mencakup semua latihan dasar untuk bagian tubuh utama. Setiap latihan memberikan deskripsi singkat dan ilustrasi posisi awal dan akhir.
Area ketiga di sektor kanan atas didedikasikan untuk merekam cepat pekerjaan Anda. Anda dapat memilih satu atau beberapa aktivitas sportif atau memasukkan nilai khusus.
Untuk menghitung jumlah Prot / Carb / Lemak / kCAl yang dibutuhkan per hari, Anda perlu memasukkan parameter dan tujuan tubuh Anda menggunakan menu PARAMETERS (bilah tindakan bawah). Setelah selesai, Anda akan melihat pada halaman STATISTIK berapa banyak yang perlu Anda makan untuk mencapai tujuan dan berapa banyak yang telah Anda makan.
