Based upon the peer-reviewed scientific literature, your suggested workout timings for fat-loss are set, with our in-built audio and video timers - or programme your own with the tabata timer- the secret is in the work-to-rest ratio, and based upon the latest research journals, the suggested number of sets, and your work and rest periods are suggested for you. We have also used the latest Exercise Psychology research with a Psychologist-created music playlist.
The app is simple to use, you have four exercises, we suggest you perform 15 rounds of each exercise, led by the in-built timer or your own programmed timings for when to work and when to rest. Your exercises are arranged into four key categories to ensure you are hitting all the key areas and you simply hit the button to reveal that day's exercises! If you are unable to perform any particular exercise due to injury or inexperience, simply press the button again to bring up a fresh option!
The idea is for people on a 'time-budget' to be able to get a targeted workout completed - the whole workout takes less than 18 minutes to complete and its recommended to be done 3 times a week. It also allows you the freedom to train anywhere, any time you can grab 20 minutes - at home, in the living room or garden, in the park....even on the beach!
