This is a simple workout diary application. Users are able to track their workouts each week by entering weight, sets, and reps each day. There are a preset exercises in the app, but users are able to add custom workouts to accurately track their workouts.
Users are able to view videos and instructions of the stock exercises and as well as view their workout data over time.
