PHR, the Personal Health Record app is everyone who believes in health records being available on the go.
Each health record is stored securely in a cloud server and access to it is in the hands of the user. Every time an authorized person needs to look at a patient’s record, they request access through a portal. The patient receives the access request on their smart phone and can then choose to accept or deny the request.
PHR, Personal Health Record aplikasi adalah setiap orang yang percaya catatan kesehatan yang tersedia di mana saja.
Setiap catatan kesehatan disimpan dengan aman di server cloud dan akses untuk itu adalah di tangan pengguna. Setiap kali orang yang berwenang perlu melihat catatan pasien, mereka meminta akses melalui portal. Pasien menerima permintaan akses pada ponsel pintar mereka dan kemudian dapat memilih untuk menerima atau menolak permintaan tersebut.
