- The Barnett Girlz are a group of dedicated women of all ages and background that have the desire to compete locally, nationally and globally on the biggest stages. These women dedicated their time to living a healthier lifestyle that gives them the results that they are after.
- The Barnett Boyz are a true brothers of the Iron. Created by sweat, blood and tears they compete regularly and bring home the hardware often. Coached by Josh Barnett, he gets these competitors into the best shapes of their lives so when they step on stage they know they have left nothing behind and brought their best package to the table. It takes extreme dedication on behalf of these men in order to be successful!
