East Coast Railway, HQ Bhubaneswar has implemented a Complaint & Suggestion Redressal System for its employees. Ithas been created for the redressal of the problems reported by the railway employee. It helps Railway department to understand the nature of employees complains / suggestion and addresses all issues with immediate effect.We ensure consistent address of our employee’s complaints/suggestion more effectively.
This system gives access to the respective Railway Supervisor to login through App and acknowledge Complaint & Suggestion quickly and initiating corrective resolution. Once our system receives any suggestion and complainsone tracking id / OTP sent to the user. So User can track status of it complain /suggestion by given tracking id. Complain/ suggestion forwarded to concern department / supervisor, East Coast Railway has made effort to regulate this system and access all issues anytime anywhere through Mobile App and give corrective solution in time. Our Complaint & Suggestion Redressal System is encouragingemployees to express their concern without any hesitancy.

East Coast Railway, HQ Bhubaneswar telah menerapkan Sistem Penanganan Pengaduan & Saran bagi karyawannya. Saya telah diciptakan untuk memperbaiki masalah yang dilaporkan oleh karyawan kereta api. Ini membantu departemen kereta api untuk memahami sifat keluhan / saran karyawan dan mengatasi semua masalah dengan segera. Kami memastikan alamat konsisten keluhan / saran karyawan kami lebih efektif.
Sistem ini memberikan akses ke masing-masing Supervisor Kereta Api untuk login melalui Aplikasi dan mengakui Pengaduan & Saran dengan cepat dan memulai resolusi korektif. Setelah sistem kami menerima saran apa pun dan mengeluh ID pelacakan / OTP dikirimkan kepada pengguna. Jadi Pengguna dapat melacak status keluhan / saran dengan memberikan id pelacakan. Pengaduan / saran yang diteruskan ke departemen / penyelia yang berkepentingan, East Coast Railway telah berupaya mengatur sistem ini dan mengakses semua masalah kapan saja di mana saja melalui Aplikasi Seluler dan memberikan solusi korektif tepat waktu. Sistem Penanganan Pengaduan & Saran kami mendorong karyawan untuk menyatakan keprihatinan mereka tanpa ragu-ragu.
