EmpTrack AgricERP - is a corporate agribusiness database management system that helps Agribusiness administrators to monitor and evaluate farmers and fields officers' work in real-time on Google Map.
EmpTrack AgricERP creates a digital agribusiness environment where agribusiness managers and farmers perform to the best of their abilities to produce the highest-quality work most efficiently and effectively in real-real time using a Google EmpTrack card (to be provided)
EmpTrack AgricERP is a real-time ERP database built on Oracle Real Application Clusters and in partnership with Google Ireland Limited (UK) and our Google Partners in South Africa to manage agribusiness transactions from raw materials (farm inputs) to production and transfer to the warehouse.
The dashboard displays real-time transactions of the exact location on Google Map where the transaction is taking place - All you need is to click "BusinessTrack" button and the software shows you the Google Pins of all the transactions in real-time.
Just like any business activities, Farms visitation records, issues identified on farms, frequency of visitations by Agric Officers, camera in-built to get instant picture of critical issues, how much fertilizer a farmer receives per given time, tracking to the last farmer whatever was distributed, training and workshops attended by farmers, instant feedback from both farmers, Agric officers and other stakeholders are all integrated into Agric ERP for real-time management
And above all, a BI Report is dropped into director’s email every day as END-OF-DAY REPORT with the summary of all farm operations throughout the country in one single Excel file with multiple sheets which you can use to do MIS and Business Intelligence Reports. You will be saving yearly cost of manual data collection from farm to farm and huge cost of logistics on-farm visitations since every single activity can be monitored live from the head office all year round
There are three levels of access for users in Agric ERP. We have the farmer level of access, the regional manager or regional supervisor level of access and the Country director level of access.
1. Farmer User
Farmer is the first user. Farmer connects by entering his Farmer Digital ID and gets connected. Farmer Digital ID can be obtained FREE from Agric ERP.
o Just download Agric ERP from the play store
o Start the App
o Click Digitalization Project at the login page
o Select the Regional Manager link
o Enter your name, phone and email and other details and click Next
o Select the Region, District and community where your farm is located
o Enter Your Information to be displayed on our Agribusiness Directory
o Create
An email will be sent to you with your Farmer Digital ID with you can use to create all your farms. When a farmer connects he can create farms, add production activities (production, distributions, input and output..etc). He can also generate BI reports from any date and on various criteria
2. Regional Manager User
When the manager connects he has access to all farmers under him, he can create new farmers directly from his desk and generate BI Reports. He has access to all farmers under him/her
3. Country Director User
The Country Director has the oversight of all regional managers in the country and can create new managers and get access to all management reports
