Welcome to iEvolve,
The goal of this app is to help you recognize the darkness within you, so that you may manage it, and not let it control you.
Fair warning: This journey is not going to be a pleasant one.
Once you begin paying attention to your automatic stream of thoughts, you will discover a side of yourself that you will not like. Initially, you may be shocked by this newfound awareness. That’s a clue that you’re on the right track. There is an inverse relationship here: The less aware you are of the negative aspects of your self, the greater their influence on your actions.
Just keep in mind that your goal is not to destroy your ‘shadow,’ but to defeat and submit it.
Not only is the destruction of the ‘shadow’ impossible, it would be counterproductive. Your shadow contains darkness, but it also contains creativity. It is your doorway to the abstract and unknown. Your goal is to recognize its existence. When you can recognize the negative, you will eventually learn to manage it, as you become familiar with its potential. Thus, you will automatically begin liberating the positive aspects that are also hidden within. Just remember be patient with yourself during this process.
