Sehatbook app is designed for patients to access their medical history shared by their Doctor. You might have received the invitation from the Doctor or heard about this app from someone else.
You can record your own and your family members medical history in this application using simple and intuitive interface. You can share profiles with other family members and it will be synchronised between devices automatically always.
In addition, the application allows you to share specific records with the medical professionals for consultation or opinion.
The information is stored in the Google Cloud securely to protect your data. You can retrieve data automatically when you change your mobile device or in case the device is lost or stolen.
This App will allow you to:
# Capture images and record audio commentary of your paper files as well as x-ray and similar documents.
# Make this data available to your doctor in case of critical patients who need round the clock care
# Make the history available to medical professionals during an emergency situation
The data provided by you remains your property. We protect your privacy and treat your data with due respect. We do not expose or sell your data to third parties and do not use it for illegal purposes. We do not spam our users with unsolicited emails or other unnecessary marketing communication.
This application needs the following permissions:
1) Read-SMS: This is to automatically validate the OTP (one time password) sent to the device to validate the mobile number. The app does not send out any SMS using the mobile device.
2) Read-Write to storage: To store data and other media files in the mobile
3) Audio permissions: To allow the user to record an audio file in order to describe a medical condition
4) Camera permission: To capture a photo of a report, prescription and Xray etc.
5) Read contacts: To pull your list of contacts to enable sharing the medical profile to other family members or doctors.
6) Call permission: This is applicable for Sehatbook-Plus app where Doctor can call the patient based on the number provided by the patient.
