The ‘Yarning about Mental Health’ version of the Psychological Distress – Kessler 10 Scale (K10) is a 10 item self-report questionnaire which measures levels of distress and severity of psychological symptoms in the month prior to the interview. This measure is a widely used screen for mental disorders and measure treatment outcomes.
