The Erode Branch of Southern India Regional Council of ICAI was set up on 16.02.1986. In 2004, branch was shifted to its own premises and it is commissioned by CA. R.BOOPATHY, the then president of ICAI. CA. M.R.Ramasamy was the first chairman of the branch. The branch premise is approximately 6000 square feet and has all common facilities. It has a state of art air conditioned meeting hall with best of the sound system. It has a well maintained library and reading hall for use of members and students.
The branch was started with 30 members and at present it has more than 188 members. Branch is managed by a six member managing committee and its sub committees.
ICAI की दक्षिणी भारत क्षेत्रीय परिषद की इरोड शाखा 16.02.1986 को स्थापित की गई थी। 2004 में, शाखा को अपने स्वयं के परिसर में स्थानांतरित कर दिया गया था और इसे सीए द्वारा कमीशन किया गया था। आईसीएआईआई के तत्कालीन अध्यक्ष आर। सीए। M.R.Ramasamy शाखा के पहले अध्यक्ष थे। शाखा का आधार लगभग 6000 वर्ग फुट है और इसमें सभी सामान्य सुविधाएं हैं। इसमें बेहतरीन साउंड सिस्टम के साथ अत्याधुनिक वातानुकूलित मीटिंग हॉल है। इसमें सदस्यों और छात्रों के उपयोग के लिए एक अच्छी तरह से रखी गई लाइब्रेरी और रीडिंग हॉल है।
शाखा 30 सदस्यों के साथ शुरू की गई थी और वर्तमान में इसमें 188 से अधिक सदस्य हैं। शाखा का प्रबंधन छह सदस्यीय प्रबंध समिति और उसकी उप समितियों द्वारा किया जाता है।
