Solving the problem of follow ups which is a major issue of a patient suffering from chronic disease and since chronic disease are for life time, the patient have to regularly follow up with the doctor in a frequency of about 3-6-12 month which gets costly due to medical tourism as patient needs to travel from their respective city to the tier 1 cities and this increases cost to about 10 -20 fold and time consuming too, which eventually leads to missing required follow ups and can cause inappropriate treatment and thus deteriorating health condition.
