Easily create your own special routine in the app and just start your workout without thinking about the correct exercise order or rest time… The app keeps track of your current workoutday automatically.
It also makes progression very easy you just add the different progressions of your exercise in the routine and it automatically shows you the correct exercise for your level of progression.
An Example would be pushups: A pushup progression consists of “Normal Pushups”, “Close Pushups” and “One Arm Pushups”, if you hit your target for “Normal Pushups” you get “Close Pushups” for the next workout and so on.
The app is created for simplicity it does not have a lot of features because it should not be in the way of your workout. The features are with automation in mind:
