Live Spying(Spyyer) allow's you to stream a webcam video from any computer that have a browser and a webcam and then watch it from your phone or your computer browser.
*** Special Note: spyyer is a partial solution for p2p video streaming because its not firewall proof. But its free so ... :)
Instructions:
First you need to create an account(free) at http://spyyer.com and then log in from any computer and start streaming video from the local webcam. After saving that video stream(i.e giving it a name) you can watch it from this app in your phone or from any other computer that have a browser and flash installed.
