It need not be one significant event or rather the pile up of smaller issues on a day to day basis but have you ever felt so overwhelmed that you want to scream your lungs out but couldn't for the sake of the unnecessary attention it draws to you. You don't feel like you should bother anyone else and you just keep it to yourself as you mindlessly spend your nights awake. Watching your netflix/youtube to the point where you rewatch your favourite content trying desperately to go back to the before times.
One day, you decide that you're tired of everything and the first thing you do is get on google and search on how to remove the unhealthy thoughts you are having. The top result you see is to write it down on a paper and light it up. Although this doesn't seem like a promising solution you decide to give it a try. You sit down, write all of your thoughts only for someone to walk/find the paper and led to the earlier mentioned ruckus.
That's where this app comes in, a digital safe space on your handy mobile where you can vent out completely and destroy it without leaving any trace. it won't solve the problem but it will help provide you a temporary relief from your over-burdening thoughts. With which you can confront and conquer the actual problem. Change doesn't happen overnight neither is the healing process so give things time, grab on and trust in yourself
However, if you continue to feel the same. do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking advice or treatment.
