Version 1.2 of the RIMOWA now allows customizing the display. Whenever no bag tag is presented on the display, you can now display an image as well as personalized initials next to the address. As a user, you decide for yourself which data is stored on our server. If you create a personalized display and transfer it directly to your RIMOWA Electronic Tag, no data will be stored on our server.
If you want to save the created display and re-access it at a later time, the data including the image will be stored on our server. The saved image can only be used by yourself to personalize your display and is not used for any other purpose.

Please ensure to activate GPS/location services. The RIMOWA App doesn’t access them, however, with Android 6 Google requires activated location services when using Bluetooth LE.
For some devices the pairing request gets sent as a notification (similar to a message/sms). This notification needs to be opened by swiping down from the top of the screen and confirmed by entering the pairing code respectively by clicking „ok“ in the window.
