La description de

The One Click solution to solving referral patient cases through collaboration with experts
The ExpertApp is a software application to collect diagnostic workup or treatment recommendations from a group of medical experts, and build a consensus opinion.
The ExpertApp uses templates to summarize the medical case of a patient and present evidence, guidelines, and experience based options for the experts to choose from.
Navya prepares a comprehensive report for the patient, which includes the case summary, evidence and guidelines information as applicable, and the expert opinion.
Essentially, the Navya Expert App is a work flow tool that quickens the expert’s review of a patient’s case, enables consultation with multiple experts, and builds a repository of experiential knowledge.
 Navya manages the relationship with the patient/caregiver, through e-mail, phone, or online communication, collects the medical reports and patient preference considerations if any, coordinates the consensus opinion via the ExpertApp, and prepares the expert opinion report.
 The ExpertApp can convert medical information of a patient in any format, (email, Excel spreadsheet, or hospital EMR) to a standardized and structured format called the Navya Form.
 The Navya Form is used to drive the search query on the Navya Evidence Engine, Guidelines Engine, and Experience Engine, which stores published literature, NCCN guidelines, and past expert opinions and custom hospital/expert guidelines.
 A single click on the Navya Form creates the Navya Survey, which includes the case summary and the range of applicable treatment options from the Navya Engines.
The experts in turn select a treatment option with one click on the Navya Survey, which they receive via email, by logging in to the Navya ExpertApp on the web, or using the Navya ExpertApp on mobile devices.
Experts can also respond by using the Opinion textbox.
Experts
 Experts always provide an opinion on the next best step in the management of a patient’s care at that point in time i.e. at the present decision point.
 Experts do not comment on the accuracy of past treatments that have already been received.
 Experts are also not the treating oncologists.
Legal disclaimers are clearly stated throughout.
 Experts provide information based on their experience and expertise in the field, which can be used by the patient/caregiver or the treating oncologist(s) to make their own decisions.
 Often, experts may provide a decision tree to provide helpful information as far down the treatment path as possible.
This is especially true for recommending diagnostic workups at a decision point, and treatment paths that may be undertaken given the result of the diagnostics.
The Expert Opinion is based on clinical data provided by the patient, and depends on the quality and completeness of that data as assessed by Navya, to be conducive for an online opinion.
