Good Boost is a research app that is being tested in the UK. We do not recommend this to be downloaded if you are not using it at Swimming Pool that is included in the Good Boost pilot.
The app is used to recommend, track and progress exercise programmes in swimming pools for people with musculoskeletal conditions. This include common hip, knee and back pain and stiffness conditions such as osteoarthritis and joint surgery.
