Begin by taking the free 8 Day Mindful Prayer Challenge, which will teach you the basics of a mindful prayer approach in about 15 minutes a day of guided prayer. If your prayer life is enriched from the 8 Day Challenge, and you wish to continue the journey deeper, then you can choose to access more content.
With advanced access, you can explore more mindful Christian prayer techniques, guided and unguided prayers, and our Daily Mindful Prayer program, where each day you will practice a technique and pray through the entire Bible in three years.
