Let your baby experiment with touch devices in a fun, colorful, non-flashy, non-addictive, and completely safe environment.
Produces very effective distraction during diaper change, or anything else that calls for such distraction.
I created this app for babies (like my own Gabbi :)), who loves to steal dad's phone and mess around with the different screens and buttons, regardless of their meaning or purpose.
Thus, I followed these guidelines in creating the app:
★
Every tap on the screen will make something nice happen.
★
There is no right or wrong, there are no winners nor losers, there are no "self-destruct" buttons.
★
All elements are cute, colorful, and optimistic, yet not too bright or flashy (like so many mobile games are).
★
Educational in a way that is suitable for babies - no text, math, or riddles, but instead shapes and colors, pictures and sounds of animals, classical music, and creative exploration.
★
Hopefully non-addictive, and of course - Free, NO ads, NO in-app purchases, NO commercialism of any sort.
The app includes five mini-apps:
★
Images - 15 images of real (non-animated) cute animals. tap the screen to move to the next random image.
★
Jungle - Toss around plastic animals, create clouds, watch birds, and shake down bananas from the tree.
★
Paint - Draw colorful lines on an empty canvas.
★
Phone - Call one of 8 animals to say hello - press the numbers randomly, someone will pick up...
★
Bubbles - Tap the screen to create colorful soap balloons, drag and release them again.
I will add more mini-apps if there's a demand :)
