Steps to add skin/ theme to homescreen:
1) Add a UCCW widget.
2) Pick this skin from the list.
Skin opens Alarm clock on tap at the center of widget.
Keep hotspots on in UCCW app.
To turn hotspots on open menu in UCCW app -> Lock widgets -> on and wait for a few seconds.
