This is a mobile Application has features to capture customer photo , photo of customer documents and details of a customer and send the same to the operator back office for a 100% safe and secured SIM replacement for his mobile number. This process will decrease the turn around time for the SIM Exchange process.
HOW IT WORKS:
1) Download and install the SIMEx application from Google play store
2) Login in the application with secured login id password
3) Add details like SIM number, mobile number, type of connection reason for replacement in the application.
4) Click a current photo, photo of SIM replacement form and consumer original photo id .
5) The same is sent to a portal where the same is checked and SIM replacement is done.
