La descripción de PlaySense

PlaySense is a free educational speech learning application designed for children, especially for those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
This app was created to help your child improve their speech and can also help SLPs and make use of this as a speech language tool.
It includes four types of speech exercises for the kids to choose from, namely:
✦ Concepts and Vocabulary - enhance their understanding to different concepts and vocabulary (alphabets, shapes, colors, and more)
✦ Sequencing - learn to sequence life cycles
✦ Storytelling - read and understand stories
✦ Conversations - develop their conversational skills by practicing basic greeting phrases
PlaySense gives you the chance to develop a child’s overall development, specifically in the fields of language, attention and comprehension skills. The speech activities comes with a flashcard and audio file to easily help your child learn and remember the questions being asked that can get gradually get harder.
Features of the app includes:
✧ Speech voice recognition - records your child's voice when answering the speech exercises (Requires internet connection)
✧ Multi-user - allows multiple child users to play the app by having their own progress data
✧ Avatar Profile - customize their own avatar character by changing their hairstyle, outfit and put some accessories
✧ Rewards - inspire your child to gain reward items for their avatar by achieving a perfect score in every speech exercises
✧ Achievement Progress Timeline - find out how your child progresses in the app by monitoring their scores, stars attained, remarks , number of attempts, and time consumed for each exercise
✧ Alarm - for monitoring purposes, avoid your app from getting closed by your child by enabling the alarm sound feature found on the start menu
