This is out of my control, and would have to be addressed on their end.If your phone has trouble playing the video, see if it will play the stream straight from http:mobile.nasa.govIf not, then the app will not play it either.I have added a setting to hopefully play video on the few 2.2 devices that do not support flash.The image at the bottom of the screen is updated every week, along with some interesting information about it.
