This app is made specifically for Hypertension Detection Squad team. The purpose of the application is to capture essential details and aid in detecting the prevalence of Hypertension pan India. The application captures only generic information and the same helps the team to aid the doctors with hypertension detection
Hypertension Detection Squad team's motive is to aid doctors by identifying Hypertension detection cases and also help in capturing Blood Pressure. The app will be used by Team members of HDS in the doctor's clinic. The wireframes are designed to be simple and no-brainer.
Representative logs with his/her phone number and after OTP verification can directly start capturing Blood pressure information.
It is a single screen workflow post login and the application is just a simple exercise for migrating from capturing data on paper to digitizing the same.
The team moves around the zones and captures information for multiple doctors.
